What is the Complexity?

What is the ComplexityAt Above Ground Development, we create IVRs for many different applications. From very simply, inbound only systems that collect basic data, all the way to complex research studies that have a series of 10 to 20 calls. 

The number of calls as well as the complexity of the calls can affect price.  Some of our IVRs consist of a series of calls that collect and maintain data over the series.  We may also do complex evaluations or database lookups.

In addition, will your IVR contain text or email alerts to either your customers (study participants) or administrators?
