Research Based Interactive Voice Response IVRsOne of our specialties is research based IVRs. Typically, these are projects that consist of a series of calls over a specific timeframe and collect data from study participants. A typical research study may last for six months to a year or two. During that timeframe, the IVR will reach out to them on a weekly or biweekly basis. During each call, the IVR will evaluate how they are doing and collect information from them.  The IVR may also give feedback to them based on their replies or give them additional information.
